About the Horse
Schooling
He has 3 beautiful paces, but he is steady - something I think will improve with more confidence in himself
He is willing and has started lateral work.
Has a powerful backend in canter, so need to be able to move with him with this
Happily goes over poles and pops fences
Hacking
He is happy to hack both alone and in company, isn’t phased about any traffic and will go first or last.
He has taken part in common riding therefore has been in big groups too.
He lacks a little confidence on his own, no issue for competent rider, tell him he’s fine and squeeze on - there is no drama he just has a look
On the Ground
He is a total gent to deal with on the ground, stands to be messed on with, he’s friendly and likes attention
Good to catch, lead etc
He is a beautiful horse who will always turn heads!
Out & About
He has done common riding in a previous home.
Current owners were in PC but sadly Phoenix and his little rider were not the right partnership and they lacked confidence together

As previously said, he’s done common riding and started PC with current owner.
They were not the right match and due to his power him and his rider were not confident together to progress.
Very sad sale as he is very much loved
Type of Home
He is looking for a competent rider who can continue to give him confidence.
He could go on to event, show, riding club- the world is pretty open for this young horse!
No novices or nervous riders - he wants someone who can continue producing him with confidence
